Do I need to pay in full?
No. We only collect the deposit and the rest is either financed or paid to the manufacturer once your structure is installed.
Does my purchase include delivery and installation?
Yes. All our structures include free delivery and installation.
Is my deposit refunable?
Yes. If your permits or financing is not approved, your deposit is refunded with a copy of the denial letter.

Do I need a permit?
No. Our manufacturers do not require permits. Every State, County and City has different requirements. Check with your local Codes and Planning Authority to see if permits are required in your area. We can provide engineering drawings at your request.
